If you should happen to
find a lower price, from a verifiable competitor, for any of the
equipment or software offered on our website, we will match
that price and give you an additional 10% off your
purchase.
Merchant Account Services Low Cost
Guarantee
The merchant must provide
2 merchant statements and the original merchant contract or
agreement to perform a competitive price comparison so the
quote offered by The Electronic Avenue, Inc. is a fair reflection of
costs to the merchant over the course of a year. Almost all merchant
account providers price their services differently requiring the
following process. We can not honor the
guarantee if we are not provided with all requested
information.
When comparing costs, the quote
will include all fees including, but not limited to, any hardware,
discount fees, transaction fees, account set-up, statement,
customer service, termination or annual fees. We will project these
costs based on the merchant's monthly charge volume, business type,
average ticket, credit history and any other pertinent factors
in order to get the true costs of each offer.
The quote is only good
for 5 business days for the merchant to complete a
merchant account application and for The Electronic Avenue,
Inc. to receive the application. If the merchant does not complete
the application within this time, we retain the right to void the
guarantee. The Electronic Avenue, Inc. will not be
required to beat any subsequent offers presented by the same
merchant.
The low cost guarantee is only
good for qualified merchants who receive an approval for a merchant
account after the application has been submitted to the
underwriters. In the case where a merchant is not approved, The
Electronic Avenue, Inc. can no longer honor the
guarantee.
